We went from 30-degree Fahrenheit sweater weather to 80-degree beach weather — not a bad way to spend a week in late November. We are scheduled on two Carnival ships out of Miami next year, the Horizon and the Celebration (not sailing yet). I looked and it seems all of the ships have the same menus.
